With reeds, I cannot accept returns. I have play tested the reed and then disinfected it to ensure a clean and working reed for your oboe playing pleasure.
This reed was made using a Brannen X shape and in a modification of the West Coast American Scrape, pioneered by many of the oboists working in the recording studios in Hollywood. I learned this style from my former teacher, John Ellis, who played for many movies such as Memoirs of a Geisha, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Munich.
